Blake Lively Is Very Pregnant in New ‘Before and After’ Workout Pics

New year, same classic Blake Lively Instagram humor.

The 35-year-old shared side-by-side photos of herself and trainer Don Saladino to Instagram on Monday, January 2. The mom of three, who is currently expecting her fourth child with husband Ryan Reynolds, wears a sports bra and leggings in the “before” image on the left, and a similar look in the “after” pic. There’s one baby-sized difference between the pics…

“Been doing @donsaladino ‘s workout program for months now,” Lively captioned the post. “Something’s not working.”

She tagged Reynolds on her bump, naturally

After just over ten years of marriage, Lively and Reynolds are still joking around on Instagram. Reynolds recently posted a picture of himself and Lively meeting the only other couple as cheery as they are, Mr. and Mrs. Claus, but made the nearly unforgivable error of cropping out Blake Lively’s sparkly sneakers.

Like a gentleman, he apologized, writing on Instagram Stories, “I cropped my wife’s shoes out in the photo I posted. It’s inexcusable and I’m sorry to anyone I’ve hurt with this callous lack of fortitude. Heading to the hospital to have my brain weighted.”
