Susan Lucci, 75, Posts Stunning Oceanside Swimsuit Video Showing Off Her Incredibly Toned Legs

Susan Lucci is pretty much an icon in everything she does and her latest Instagram video is no exception. In it, the 75-year-old All My Children actress is hanging out on a balcony, overlooking a beach view while working a one-piece strapless swimsuit for all it’s worth. The breeze blows her hair and sarong around, showing off her toned legs and arms as Susan smiles widely. The video is simple but totally mesmerizing.

“Mm-mmm ocean view/sea breezes 🥰🥰🥰🌴🌴🌴,” she wrote in the caption.

People were all about it in the comment: “Timeless beauty! I adore you so and your soul is even more beautiful 😍💣🐚🔥☄️💥🚀💯💥🙌🏾😘,” one person wrote. “Can you be any more stunning 😍 🔥,” another said.

FWIW, Susan has had a total style moment in that bathing suit before: She worked it in an Instagram post last year that, again, was accessorized with sculpted legs for days.

But the Emmy Award winner doesn’t look like that by accident: She works out six days a week. “I try to take one day off, because you’re supposed to take a day off,” she previously told Women’s Health. “But I’ll always do something, because I find my body craves it.”

Susan prefers to get her workout out of the way to make sure she actually gets one in. “Then I know, no matter what happens for the rest of the day, I’ve done something good for myself,” she explained.

OK, but what’s happening in these workouts? Susan is huge on Pilates, and she relies on a workout tool called the Pilates Pro Chair, which helps target your abs, thighs, and butt while you exercise. Susan likes to do 10 different moves a day on her chair, of 30 to 100 reps each.

Susan is a healthy eater, too. She told Harper’s Bazaar that she likes to start her day with a cup of coffee with organic sugar and whole milk, and then will head straight to her workout. Afterward, she likes to have “fuel she can run on,” like Greek yogurt with organic pumpkin seeds and lingonberries, although sometimes she’ll have eggs or blueberry pancakes.

Lunchtime is usually a carb-free sandwich of roasted turkey, avocado, salt and pepper, champagne vinegar, olive oil, and fresh mango with a base of beefsteak tomatoes. Susan said she likes to share dinner with her husband, chef Helmut Huber, which could include a light salad, along with salmon, broccoli, and steamed carrots. They’ll usually pair it with a glass of Champagne since, Susan said, “it’s always good to have a little bubbly.”
